EVE Energy plans to set up a joint venture in the U.S.

On September 5, EVE Energy's wholly-owned grandson company, EVE ENERGY US Holding LLC ("EVEUSA"), entered into an agreement with Electrified Power, Daimler Trucks and PACCAR to set up a joint venture in the United States, which will invest in the construction of battery production capacity.

The batteries produced by the joint venture are primarily used in designated North American commercial vehicle segments.

This cooperation is conducive to the integration of the advantages and resources of all parties, synergies, and complementarities, and jointly create products with excellent quality and cost advantages, to help the commercial vehicle sector in the comprehensive transformation of electrification, and to promote the construction of a green, low-carbon, clean and efficient transportation system.
